                    When the graph is analyzed, it can be seen that all of the effect sizes are at a positive
                    and significant level. While the lowest effect size is 0.245, the greatest effect size
                    was calculated as 1.099.

                    Analysis of Effect Sizes based on the Relationship between School Effectiveness
                    and Leadership and School Climate according to Moderator Variables
                    For the effect sizes calculated based on the relationship between school effectiveness
                    and leadership, moderator analysis was carried out according to the school level and the
                    location the study was carried out in. The analyses results are shown in the table below.
